I just paid for my subscription with Paypal. Now what do I do?
- Thank you! Your transaction has been completed, and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log into your account at www.paypal.com/us to view details of this transaction.
- Check your email for your Access Registration Link. Follow this link to register a username and password.
- Sometimes it can take up to 15 minutes for your email confirmation to come through. If you don't receive your Access Registration Link in the next 15 minutes, please contact Support.
What do I do if I never received my confirmation email after I paid for my subscription through Paypal?
- Check your Spam or bulk mail folder. You can also try searching for any messages from email@example.com. If you don't see your Access Registration Link in your spam folder, please contact Support.
How do I cancel my account?
- You can cancel your account at any time through your recurring payments dashboard in your PayPal account. Your subscription remains active through the end of your billing cycle. You can resubscribe at any time.
- If you can't find your recurring payments in PayPal, please contact Membership and we can cancel your automatic payment profile for you.
